Capital English Country Dancers is an Affiliate of the DanceFlurry Organization and a member of Country Dance and Song Society
Doors open at 1:30. Dance is 2:00 – 5:00 PM. The dance is at the First Unitarian Universalist Society of Albany (Albany UU), 405 Washington Avenue, Albany, NY 12206. Donations are requested to cover the hall rent.
We have a beautiful wood dance floor. Please wear clean, flat, soft-soled dance shoes.
Our COVID Policy has changed for 2023:
- Beginning with our first event, Beginner Workshop on 9/24/2023, proof of vaccination and wearing of a mask will not be required at CECD events.
- Please stay home if you feel sick or have symptoms of Covid or flu.
- CECD will notify all attendees if someone reports a Covid diagnosis within a week after a dance.
We will ask you to agree to these protocols, shown in more detail in the Participant Agreement.

Regular Dances: $15, $12 CECD Members (Membership: $15)
Ice Cream Sunday: $17, $14 CECD Members (includes ice cream sundaes)
Season Ticket: $88 (includes Regular Dances + Ice Cream Sunday + Membership)
