Adirondack Dance Weekend Registration

If you haven’t seen our Event page, please take a look before you register. It’s here.
  • VACCINATION  — Yes, you’ll need to be fully vaccinated. When you arrive we’ll want to see documentation.
  • WAIVER – There’s a waiver to sign. This will happen when you check in at the event. Please review it here.
  • SILVER BAY — We’ll be sharing the dining room and Inn with two small groups using the facilities. Silver Bay does not have a vaccination requirement.  All dance spaces will be open to vaccinated participants only.
  • MEMBERSHIP — There’s a $10.00 discount for DFO members. Learn more about becoming a member here.
  • PAYMENT — Pay in full if possible. A deposit of $150 will hold your space. If you register after August 19,  pay in full when registering.   
  • CANCELLATION — You will receive a full refund if we need to cancel the weekend due to Covid-19 concerns.
  • REFUNDS – You may cancel and receive a full refund, up to August 19. (PayPal fees are not refundable)
  • CONFIRMATION —After submitting the form you may be returned to this page. Scroll down the page. If you missed anything (in red) fill it in, then resubmit. If all went well, you’ll see a confirmation. You might have to scroll down to see it. You will also receive a confirmation email from us. If you’re paying online, you’ll get redirected to PayPal. If you’ve paid successfully via PayPal, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal too..*If you don’t receive any emails, you did not successfully register.
