REGISTRATIONS are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is limited.  Your room selection is subject to availability.  You may register more than one person on this form if they are sharing a room.

Full-time participants only.

PAYMENT: We prefer payment in full for your first choice of housing. However, a deposit of $150 will hold  your space.  Any remaining balance is due before Sept. 2.  You may mail a check, or pay online through PayPal (for an additional 2.2% fee).  You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card online.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds after Sept. 2

*After submitting your registration, you will see a confirmation message at the bottom of the page.  If you do not see this confirmation and do not receive an email, it means your submission was not successful and you should check the form for errors.

Private Bath Rooms 

  • Double: $414 ($404 DFO member)
  • Single: $553 ($543 DFO member)
  • Triple: $322 ($312 DFO members)  Limited availability; must find own roommates.

 

William Boyd Center Rooms (over dining hall)

  • Double: $458 ($448 DFO member)
  • Single: $618 ($608 DFO member)
  • Triple: $342 ($332 DFO member)  Limited availability; must find own roommates.

 

Shared Bath Rooms

  • Double at the Inn: $340 ($330 DFO member)
  • Single at the Inn: $442 ($432 DFO member)
  • Cabin (double occupancy): $340 ($330 DFO member)

 

Youth Scholarship: $175

  • All rooms are shared bath and double occupancy
  • You must be under 38 and attending for the first time
