Volunteers receive a FREE, full-festival weekend ticket in return for working 8 hrs before or 8 hrs after the Festival weekend -- or 6 hrs during the Festival weekend.
Volunteers, please note:
- Submit your name only ONCE.
- Do NOT submit a form if you have been contacted and accepted by your previous crew chief, unless he/she asks you to do so.
- Please be flexible in where and when you are willing to work. We cannot guarantee placement on desired crews, or at desired times.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT CHANGE CREWS/TIMES DURING THE FLURRY
Making changes mid-stream creates problems for other volunteers working with you, and for Flurry crew-chiefs who must then find other workers to fill your spot. It is important that you work your full shift. Changes to your schedule must be worked out ahead of time. If you swap time blocks with another worker, you must notify your crew-chief of the change. If you cannot work your shift, you MUST notify your crew chief, immediately.
