SUBMIT EARLY!

If you have applied to volunteer and do not hear about a position by Jan 20 -- AND if you want to be sure to get the advance discount rate -- you should purchase an advance discount ticket -- *POSTMARKED by DEADLINE of JAN 25.* If you are then given a volunteer position, you will be reimbursed for your ticket."

If you apply by January 26, or later, and do not get placed as a volunteer, you will have to purchase an at-door ticket.

When Applying:

  • Submit your name only ONCE.
  • Veteran Volunteers: Do NOT submit a form if you have been contacted and accepted by your previous crew chief, unless he/she asks you to do so.
  • ONE NAME per application! *Couples* should list themselves separately. If you wish to work together, please list that in the "Additional Notes" field on the form. (We cannot guarantee same work team placement.)
  • Please be flexible about your placement for volunteer times and locations. We cannot guarantee placement on desired crews, or at desired times.

Please take your commitment seriously. Last-minute cancellations, schedule changes and "no shows" create organizational problems for crew chiefs, other volunteers, and the festival. If you swap time blocks with another worker, you must notify your crew-chief of the change. If you cannot work your shift, you MUST notify your crew chief, immediately.
