What We Need for the Festival

Performer ApplicationS - open in april

Please review the following:

We require NEW applications each year from all performers, groups and instructors.
This keeps information in our database current, and avoids old, incorrect data (names, contact info, etc) being carried forward. It only takes a few minutes. Though a fresh writeup is good each year, if you submit the same session descriptions each year, keep a copy on your computer, so that you can cut/paste the information into your application, rather than retype each time.

Applications are submitted through our online form.
(If needed, paper forms are available by contacting _ _ or calling (518) 384-3275.) Submitting several workshop, dance, concert, or other ideas -- and being flexible about availability over the festival weekend -- is desirable. See information about What We Need (below).

Signing-in creates your application Account.
In your Account, you fill out your Contact Info, then enter one or more groups or solo performer(s) whom you represent, and then create sessions for each group or solo performer. Please read the "General Info" page on the Application before filling out the form.

To make changes after you click the "SUBMIT" button
Clicking "Submit" locks your application and lets us know you are finished enter information. To make changes after submitting, contact us at _ _or call 518-384-3275.

Submitting an application *does not* imply acceptance.
Applicants will be notified if their sessions are chosen, usually by fall.
