INSTRUMENT CHECK
Instrument
Check is for ALL musicians at the Flurry -
Day & night storage, locked at night. See hours listed below.
If you return home and find that you've accidentally left your instrument at the Festival, please _ _
, or call: 518-384-3275.
Instrument Check Room Rules:
- Instruments and performance-related items, ONLY -- No coats, luggage, purses, shopping bags, boots, or other personal items.
- Fill out information and receive a receipt stub -- you MUST have the stub to reclaim your instrument!
- Label All Your Items --- Name, address, phone number, so that we may reach you in the unlikely event that it is left behind --- OR --- if someone finds your lost receipt on the floor and comes to claim your instrument. (Hint -- to help staff more quickly find your instrument in the hundreds in the room, tie something bright to the handle to make it easier to spot: i.e. -- "Mine is the guitar case with the orange tie." This makes it easier to see your item among the hundreds, rather than, "It's a black guitar case." )
- Scheduled Performers -- Please allow sufficient time to pick up your instrument before your next event (especially during peak hours on Saturday (10 a.m. -- 6:30 p.m.).
Hours:
Do NOT drop off instruments BEFORE 4pm Friday. The Flurry is not responsible for items left unattended before the rooms are staffed.
PLEASE NOTE -- Doors are locked at MIDNIGHT. Open at 9am (Scheduled musicians - arrangement for early pickup must be made with the IC Crew CHIEF.)
Friday: 4pm - 12am
Saturday: 9am - 12am
Sunday: 9am - 6pm
